Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the sales force to understand the competitive landscape and shape strategy on key opportunities.
  • •Move beyond price by understanding and championing the full set of deal levers and tools to meet customer needs.
  • •Review deals across varying size and complexity and provide clear recommendations to improve pricing and commercial structure.
  • •Work cross-functionally to structure deals that maximize opportunity and manage risk, keeping stakeholders aligned through the sales cycle.
  • •Support tool creation and implementation to drive better, more transparent decision-making, including exploring AI/data tools for pricing decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in a related role such as Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • •Solid knowledge of SaaS, subscription, and software commercial models.
  • •Experience with negotiation frameworks and applying them effectively.
  • •Comfort working with ambiguity and providing clear, recommended next steps.
  • •Experience covering EMEA markets, with familiarity using CRM and CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce).
