Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations in a high-volume 300mm wafer analog technology fab.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to increase efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Execute project or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvements, and new product support.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous flow of production and minimize cycle time.
  • •Identify systematic process or equipment problems and support ramp activities including equipment/process startup, process experiments, and data analysis for problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •2 years of experience as a Semiconductor Process Engineer within Wet Process, Wet Etch, or Cleans.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Experience with Single Wafer Clean and hood process tools (LAM, TEL, DNS).
  • •Strong understanding of Cu and Al integrations and demonstrated analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
