Own the full order-to-invoice cycle across hardware, professional services, and compute usage, ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and on-time customer payment. Lead month-end billing close activities, translate contract terms into billing in NetSuite, and manage credits and adjustments with audit-ready documentation. Support collections by resolving billing inquiries and order-to-invoice issues, while improving billing processes through SOPs, KPIs, reconciliations, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end billing across hardware, professional services, and compute services to ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
•Perform month-end billing close by coordinating inputs, validating period activity (including compute usage), and resolving exceptions.
•Execute billing in NetSuite by translating contract terms and operational activity into invoices, billing schedules, and documentation.
•Manage billing adjustments (credits, credit memos/notes, voids, rebills) with approvals, audit-ready support, and root-cause tracking.
•Support collections by handling billing inquiries and order-to-invoice issues that delay payment; improve upstream data quality and billing processes.

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of progressive billing or finance operations experience, including ownership of month-end billing close.
•Hands-on NetSuite experience, with experience in Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) preferred.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including large data sets, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
•Strong attention to detail with proven ability to reconcile billing data, investigate variances, and resolve issues.
•Strong understanding of billing operations (invoicing, credits/adjustments) and maintaining audit-ready billing documentation.
