Analyze clinical specimens using standard laboratory methods while verifying specimen identity and producing accurate results with minimal errors. Maintain equipment and instruments in good operating condition, perform quality control procedures, and troubleshoot common issues. Follow GLP and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through proper documentation, SOP updates, and database maintenance. Complete required trainings for HIPAA/PHI privacy and serve as a go-to resource when leads aren’t available.
