Key Responsibilities

•Visual Brand Ownership: Own the visual execution of Northwood’s brand, maintaining a high standard of clarity, originality, and signal across all external touchpoints while adapting design appropriately for different audiences.
•Multi-Disciplinary Design Execution: Design across formats including web, socials, presentations, announcements, and marketing materials. Move fluidly between layout, typography, and sketches as needed.
•Systems, Templates, and Scale: Build and maintain brand guidelines, creating and owning templates for external communications including slide decks, one-pagers, and announcements.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure aligned, effective communication while driving independent execution.
•Own visual execution end-to-end and scale brand assets as the company grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in brand design, identity and storytelling
•Strong portfolio showcasing digital, brand, and graphic design work
•Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
•Experience designing for web and social platforms
•Experience or interest in hard tech, aerospace, infrastructure, or national security
