Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, qualify, and manage contract manufacturers who build Fuse-designed hardware globally.
  • •Own landed cost across BOM and component cost, tooling and NRE, logistics, unit pricing, and volume tiers from factory gate to deployment.
  • •Secure supply and build resilience across lead times, capacity, dual-sourcing, logistics, and inventory in partnership with Operations.
  • •Work with engineering on manufacturing standards, certifications, and acceptance criteria so quality and compliance are built in at source.
  • •Negotiate and manage manufacturing agreements, including tooling ownership, IP protection, payment, and warranty terms, and partner through design-for-manufacture into production ramp.

Key Requirements

  • •Procurement, supply-chain, or sourcing experience in hardware, electronics, or other manufactured physical products.
  • •Hands-on experience managing contract manufacturers globally.
  • •Strong grasp of BOM cost, tooling and NRE, landed cost, and the commercial mechanics of contract manufacturing.
  • •Comfortable working with product and engineering through DFM and production ramp.
  • •Organised and resilient, able to own day-to-day supplier and supply-chain management.
