Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-profile client engagements, including technical delivery, client relationships, profitability, and key project metrics.
  • •Identify and secure new Defence-sector opportunities using your knowledge and network.
  • •Shape solutions to meet client needs and manage delivery teams to achieve results.
  • •Advise senior leaders and executives on shaping business strategy and building internal capabilities.
  • •Develop and manage key relationships across the Defence sector and provide thought leadership (including conference representation), while coaching and mentoring team members.

  • •A strong track record of working in the Ministry of Defence with a broad network of contacts.
