Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Pilotage des indicateurs de performance: in collaboration with master planner and planners, perform in-depth KPI analysis and define corrective actions.
•Formalisation et deployment des règles métiers: write/update planning/ scheduling processes to strengthen quality and consistency; contribute to developing team skills via competency matrix and onboarding/training.
•Create and maintain a collaborative space for sharing methods and feedback.
•Deploy new tools: collaborate with key users to define and deploy plans of transformation; act as Key User for some new tools.
•Amélioration continue: design and track dashboards for action plans, lead projects to boost service performance.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree Bac+5 or equivalent with proven experience in the following areas: ERP (SAP if possible), PLM; knowledge of S&OP and industrial planning.
•First experience in planning and scheduling, procurement or production.
•Knowledge of problem-solving tools (9S, Ishikawa, etc.).
•Data analysis skills and Power BI.
•Ambition to develop within a Supply Chain function and ability to foster teamwork and synthesize information.
