Direct and manage a high-volume kitchen at CityWalk, serving as the primary go-to for the back of house. Drive operational excellence, guest and team engagement, and ensure food quality and safety meet standards. Control costs and profitability through inventory, scheduling, and P&L analysis, while hiring, training, and coaching kitchen team members. Work effectively with limited supervision and collaborate with the Restaurant Chef and GM on improvements.
