Job Summary

Partner with the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team to define business objectives and improve agency operating models. Design and implement short- and long-term agency incentive policies, build a performance/business analysis system, and drive cross-team execution. Lead collaborative projects and optimize end-to-end commercial processes, quality monitoring, and management standards to ensure compliant, efficient agency operations across global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Define business objectives and conduct deep dives to refine agency business models, profitability models, and competency frameworks.
•Design and implement end-to-end short- and long-term incentive policies for agencies, and institutionalize efficient execution processes.
•Build and refine a comprehensive business analysis system to measure performance and provide decision support for policy and strategy iterations.
•Lead cross-team collaborative projects and manage information synchronization internally and externally, driving communication and policy implementation with global stakeholders.
•Optimize end-to-end commercial processes, business quality monitoring, and management standards to ensure compliant and efficient agency operations.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, sales management, or the internet industry; previous management experience preferred.
•Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial models and data with a robust analytical framework.
•Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, driving consensus and execution across global teams.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong priority and time management for multi-threaded tasks.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least one BI tool; ability to learn and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
