Own the Colombia business end to end, setting and executing country strategy across sales, customer delivery, KPIs, and hiring. •Develop and execute the Colombia country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring.

•Set event priorities and brand awareness investments in the market.
•Build and leverage the partner ecosystem with the global BD team and represent ElevenLabs in events and media.
