Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and enhance cross-functional financial models and reporting processes supporting forecasting, monthly/quarterly reporting, annual budget planning, and long-range planning.
  • •Audit, validate, and improve data integrity across financial systems by designing controls, investigating anomalies, and partnering with business users and process owners.
  • •Drive system evolution initiatives including EPM upgrades, ERP integrations, and configuration rollouts across the system development lifecycle (requirements, testing, training, go-live).
  • •Maintain documentation for financial systems, including end-user training materials, configuration requirements, and process guides.
  • •Manage financial systems projects end-to-end by handling timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and leading testing and change management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 196,020 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles, driving system improvements and supporting planning and reporting processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA/advanced degree in finance/business is a plus).
  • •Proficiency in enterprise financial applications including Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for collaborating and influencing across leadership.
  • •Solid forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills with a strong grasp of accounting principles.
