Job Summary

Coordinate environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) programs for the Tolleson/RPSNA Phoenix site, working under the EHS Manager. Develop and manage safety policies, run training and daily safety walks, support incident investigations and root-cause corrective actions, maintain OSHA 300 logs, and administer emergency drills and Management of Change procedures. Use incident reporting and EH&S databases, oversee chemical/SDS updates, and support PPE needs to keep the workplace safe and incident-free.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and manage safety programs, policies, and procedures.
•Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and timely corrective actions; prepare monthly accident summary reports.
•Conduct and/or coordinate employee safety and environmental training, including new-hire onboarding and topics like fork truck training and lockout.
•Perform daily safety walks to identify and correct workplace hazards, support risk assessments, and maintain emergency procedures/drills.
•Support EH&S administration tasks including OSHA 300 log maintenance, workers compensation reporting, chemical inventory/SDS updates, PPE support, and Management of Change procedures.
