Job Summary

Support senior structural engineers with structural design and analysis tasks for projects such as bridges and high-rise facilities. Assist with basic structural calculations, using FEM design software, in-house spreadsheets, and manual calculations as needed. Help prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, scheduling, reports, and structural drawings from sketches, while following company design and checking standards under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist other engineers in preparing project designs using current codes and standards.
•Perform simple structural design and calculations as directed by senior engineers.

•Verify software outputs and understand software limitations.
•Prepare basic cost estimates, material take-offs, scheduling, and reports/presentations; help produce structural drawings from sketches to a high standard.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
•0–3 years of experience as a Junior Structural Engineer in a consultancy firm.
•Proficiency in Revit is required.
•Coding skills are a huge plus, with interest in coding and automation.
•Open-minded and able to follow instructions while working under close supervision.
