Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and monitor aircraft systems for reliability, airworthiness, and overall fleet readiness and safety.
  • •Support day-to-day engineering maintenance by reviewing performance, analyzing requests, managing corrective measures, and tracking necessary modifications.
  • •Serve as liaison with OEMs and regulatory bodies on modifications, corrective measures, and projects.
  • •Perform technical root-cause analysis and troubleshooting using data from multiple sources, and analyze performance reports to identify trends and recommend proactive modifications.
  • •Review and recommend maintenance planning actions (e.g., AMP inclusions/exclusions), assess technical documents for modification/repair acceptance, and support stakeholders in drafting engineering contracts and SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering/Electro-Mechanical/Aeronautical or equivalent (or higher diploma/certificate plus relevant experience).
  • •5+ years’ collective aviation industry experience, including exposure from airline OJT/trainee roles counted toward experience.
  • •Working knowledge of aircraft airworthiness programs and requirements, including CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization).
  • •Familiarity with civil aviation rules for engineering maintenance, including EASA Part 145, Part 21, and Part-M requirements.
  • •Proficiency with technology systems/tools; strong skills in Microsoft Office and MRO systems, plus fluent English communication.
