Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy robust, scalable, high-performance Go backend services powering core platforms.
•Expose backend endpoints through GraphQL with efficient data fetching, query optimization, and integration with frontend systems.
•Maintain full visibility across the backend, understanding how Go and Java services connect in distributed infrastructure.
•Build event-driven solutions on Kafka for reliable data flow and system reactivity.
•Use LLM and agentic tools to move fast while keeping full ownership and understanding of generated code, including global time zone logic.

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor's in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equal practical experience.
•Professional experience designing, building, and shipping production-ready backend services in Go.
•Ability to read, debug, and understand multi-language codebases, including tracing logic through existing Java services.
•Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures on Kafka.
•Experience designing and serving APIs, ideally GraphQL.
