Senior Data Science Manager, User Growth

Lead the data science function within User Growth, owning product data science, forecasting, and business intelligence. Manage a team of 6–10 data scientists, set the analytical vision and roadmap, and embed scientists into product development teams. Design and interpret experiments that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and reengagement, while building forecasting systems and self-serve BI capabilities. Translate insights into clear narratives for senior leadership.
