Key Responsibilities

  • •Review expected impact and implementation of risk model updates, improving data and processes.
  • •Collaborate with teams to understand needs, data requirements, and modelling outcomes.
  • •Work hands-on from data sourcing through modelling rating changes and implementation.
  • •Analyse data, interpret outputs, and communicate results to non-technical audiences.
  • •Regularly review pricing and underwriting monitors; monitor underwriting footprint and recommend adjustments; support BAU reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced personal lines pricing experience.
  • •Proven experience working with large data sources and coding in Python and SQL (plus SAS, Databricks or similar).
  • •Experience with Willis Towers Watson Radar software.
  • •Strong understanding of how pricing components can be optimised to meet business targets.
  • •Knowledge of statistical modelling methods and machine learning techniques, with ability to communicate results to non-technical audiences.
