Job Summary

Design, build, and support platform automation and integrations for global business services. Develop scalable GraphQL APIs with Apollo GraphOS, create reusable automation tools, and deliver self-service capabilities that reduce manual effort. Partner with teams to solve complex problems, contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices, and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation. Also support identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain backend services, integrations, and platform capabilities.
•Design and support scalable GraphQL APIs using Apollo GraphOS and modern practices.
•Build reusable tools and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user self-service.
•Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) and automate provisioning/configuration/deployment.
•Design and support identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and related technologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Experience developing software solutions with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
•Hands-on experience building and supporting APIs, ideally GraphQL.
•Experience with systems integration and cloud technologies, including Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
•Understanding of CI/CD practices and automated deployment pipelines in Agile and DevOps environments.
