Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify research advances with potential to create differentiated product capabilities.
  • •Own or contribute to applied research from problem formulation through prototype implementation and validation.
  • •Curate and analyze multimodal training data, including sampling, filtering, deduplication, synthetic-data generation, and quality measurement.
  • •Design and optimize multimodal architectures such as vision encoders, modality projectors, and cross-modal attention.
  • •Build evaluation pipelines for model quality, robustness, safety, latency, scalability, and product usefulness.

Salary: USD 142,700 - 270,950 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Hands-on experience developing transformer, diffusion, or multimodal architectures through direct training or adaptation of model parameters.
  • •Strong Python and PyTorch skills, including developing, debugging, and improving research-quality model code.
  • •End-to-end model development experience including data preparation, training, evaluation, and failure analysis.
  • •Experience with post-training techniques such as supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning, and alignment.
