Drive sales and marketing of mortgage loan products by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Maintain expertise in mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines. Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage offerings, and consistently manage referral processes to deepen opportunities across bank services. Support loan fulfillment with document follow-up through quality control and post-closing review.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
•SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and an NMLS acceptable background check.
