Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first aid and triage for minor workplace illnesses, injuries, and acute symptoms.
  • •Perform biometric screenings (e.g., fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, body composition) and review results with participants.
  • •Administer vaccinations, including seasonal flu shots and other immunizations as needed, and support wellness campaigns.
  • •Educate participants on managing chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol) and encourage health behavior change.
  • •Collaborate with Health & Wellness Coaches, registered dietitians, and clinical leadership; document interactions and maintain HIPAA-compliant standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • •Minimum of three years of nursing experience (occupational health, primary care, community health, or wellness preferred).
  • •Experience performing biometric screenings and administering vaccinations.
  • •Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • •Comfort working independently in an onsite clinic environment and proficiency with electronic documentation/digital health platforms.
