Job Summary

Perform line/base maintenance on A320 aircraft with CFM engines, including airframe and engine system troubleshooting, compressor wash and borescope tasks, and damage evaluation using AMM procedures. Prepare and maintain BSI/engine wash equipment, monitor engine run after wash, write detailed reports, and release aircraft (ACFT) after tasks. Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and systems modifications on Thales Systems.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate in-depth airframe and engine systems maintenance knowledge.
•Prepare BSI and compressor wash equipment on site and perform borescope and engine wash tasks per AMM.
•Evaluate BSI findings and engine damage per AMM, then write detailed reports.
•Monitor and oversee engine-run after compressor wash, maintain equipment, and report defects.
•Release aircraft (ACFT) after tasks and perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and systems modifications on Thales Systems.

Key Requirements

•A320 type rating qualification with CFM engines.
•Valid GACA A&P/FAA or equivalent Aircraft Maintenance License.
•A320 (CFM56/LEAP 1A) family type rating with engine run or borescope certification.
•CFM 56B borescope inspection approval.
•At least 3 years’ experience certifying maintenance on A320 and at least 5 years’ experience in a line/base aircraft maintenance environment.
