  • •Manage the unit alongside clinical duties, including oversight of care and administering/ordering medication
  • •Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
  • •Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and compliant with standards, policies and legislation
  • •Coach and guide colleagues with teaching programmes and provide clinical guidance and handovers
