Director, Data Governance

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the enterprise data governance framework. Own the governance strategy, policies, and operating model across data quality, metadata, lineage, privacy, and lifecycle management. Facilitate governance councils and steering committees, operationalize data ownership and stewardship, and drive adoption through training, documentation, and success metrics. Partner with IT, engineering, analytics, and Legal/Security/Risk teams to support compliance, audit readiness, and improved trust in enterprise data assets.
