Lead logistics performance across 17 markets by owning the strategy, analysis, and optimization of rider payments and incentives. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of Specialists, building a culture of analytical rigor and curiosity to challenge the status quo.
•Define the long-term strategy and governance for rider payments and incentives, enabling local adaptations while maintaining financial discipline and alignment to business goals and KPIs.
•Oversee rider payment and incentive budgets by monitoring cost-per-order trends and driving cost-efficiency initiatives that maintain rider supply and fleet retention.
•Own regional rollout of advanced data science models and automated tools, and lead experimentation and testing of new pay components to maximize ROI and operational impact.
•Partner with Central Product and act as a primary partner to Local Logistics Directors, Finance Leaders, and Product Managers to translate data into actionable recommendations.
