Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customer-facing network services running on public cloud infrastructure.
  • •Investigate and troubleshoot connectivity problems by understanding network traffic flows.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve production/customer-impacting incidents using operational procedures and runbooks.
  • •Work with engineering and support teams to resolve issues and document technical findings and actions.
  • •Escalate complex issues and operate within incident, change, and problem management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical experience in both networking and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and IP networking, routing and switching, and troubleshooting connectivity problems.
  • •Familiarity with VPN technologies, firewalls/network security, load balancing, and DNS, including network fault isolation.
  • •Hands-on exposure to at least one major public cloud platform (IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Alibaba Cloud) and core cloud networking concepts like VPCs, subnets, and routing.
  • •Comfort working in operations: troubleshoot customer-impacting incidents, follow runbooks, document actions, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
