Key Responsibilities

  • •Organizational Transformation: Guide evolution from functional roles toward cross-functional efficiency and empower squads to deliver end-to-end value across Product, Backend, and Frontend.
  • •Technical Vision: Co-create the technical vision and roadmap with Tech Leads, balancing tech debt reduction with feature delivery.
  • •AI-Native Evolution: Lead adoption of AI-native development practices, tooling, and automation to boost team leverage.
  • •Strategic Collaboration: Act as a sparring partner to the CEO and Product leadership, balancing technical sustainability with delivery speed.
  • •Scalability & Excellence: Own technical direction for data-heavy platform, security, data/privacy, performance, migrations, in collaboration with Central Platform team.

Key Requirements

  • •SaaS leadership with proven track record leading engineering teams in a high-scale production environment
  • •Technical credibility across modern stacks (ideally PHP/Laravel, Vue.js) and cloud infrastructure
  • •Product-first mindset prioritizing customer value and business impact over technical elegance
  • •Change management skills to build alignment during transitions and enable autonomous, cross-functional squads
  • •AI-native evolution experience with LLMs and AI agents as a core productivity lever; Domain understanding of SEO-related web technologies is a strong plus
