Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strong sales floor and stockroom visual and operational standards to ensure the store is clean, safe, inviting, and efficient.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities inputs to support business-driving strategies and resolve guest needs.

Key Requirements
