Dynamic B2B marketing leader responsible for guiding strategic marketing initiatives for Agoda’s white-label travel platform partners. You’ll advise Partner Managers and Product Owners, analyze large datasets for growth opportunities, influence partner decisions, drive revenue growth, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, analytics, product, and operations to optimize platform performance for end-users.

•Marketing Strategy and Execution: Understand partners’ business models and goals and provide expert advice on the best marketing strategies to achieve growth. Recommend initiatives to optimize campaigns and enhance platform performance for end-users.
•Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, delivering actionable insights that inform marketing strategies. Regularly monitor platform performance and recommend optimizations based on data findings.
•Influencing Decision-Making: Guide and influence partners to adopt strategies and solutions that align with their goals as well as Agoda’s business objectives. Serve as an advisor, simplifying complex marketing strategies for non-experts.
•Revenue Growth: Strategically focus on maximizing contribution margin and ROI while ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term engagement.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, analytics, and operations, to ensure smooth execution and alignment of initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 125,000 annually

•Experience in consultative or advisory roles and leading multi-stakeholder initiatives
