Lead philanthropy coordination, partnerships, and program operations in the Office of the CEO to execute Salesforce’s strategic giving priorities. Manage end-to-end sponsorships, events, budgeting, procurement, vendor relationships, and internal/external communications, partnering with senior leaders to drive high-impact corporate partnerships and employee engagement across multiple events.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of high-profile corporate sponsorships, donations, and philanthropic partnerships end-to-end including procurement, compliance, stakeholder communications, and relationships
•Serve as the primary internal liaison between the OoCEO, internal/external partner organizations, and cross-functional teams
•Track and report on partnership milestones, impact, and event engagement with reconciliation through SH360
•Oversee high-level partnerships providing employee and partner experiences, managing event logistics, communications, and on-site execution
•Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay for corporate donations and sponsorships, including PO creation, processing, invoicing, and payment tracking

Salary: USD 75,000 - 113,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate philanthropy, project management, operations, and event engagement in a fast-paced corporate or executive office environment
•Excellent people skills and ability to build and pivot partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
•Strong command of Procure-to-Pay processes and procurement tools (Coupa, MPC, Purchaseforce, Fieldglass/StaffUp)
•Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance across multiple concurrent workstreams
•Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
