Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee preconstruction activities including estimating, scheduling, logistics planning, constructability reviews, and cost modeling.
  • •Provide construction-phase leadership in a live airport environment, ensuring phasing compliance, safety restrictions, and operational continuity.
  • •Maintain full P&L responsibility, including GMP development, buyout strategy, negotiations, contingency usage, and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field plus at least 12 years of construction management experience (or equivalent).
  • •At least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •Valid US Driver’s License and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
