Key Responsibilities

•Work with hiring managers and HR partners to understand immediate and upcoming hiring needs.
•Post open positions to multiple sources to drive applicant traffic.
•Review and call qualified applicants within 48 hours of receiving their application.
•Lead the creation of recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position and conduct follow-up with partners.
•Source passive candidates and use SuccessFactors to organize resumes, search candidates, and maintain compliance (including managing high-volume requisitions).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, HR (or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
•1+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting talent preferred.
•Experience with MS Office products, internet search, and software-based Applicant Tracking Systems.
•Ability to communicate with hiring managers and candidates at all levels (written/verbal).
•Desire to be on the phone the majority of the day screening candidates and building relationships.
