Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive execution of comprehensive software for sophisticated new technology and new product introduction projects.
  • •Provide quick and robust technical support for key customer projects.
  • •Develop optimization features and validate them before releasing to customers.
  • •Contribute to a feature team and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver planning solutions and supporting technology.
  • •Help design and implement future architecture for a highly scalable, durable system, working closely with dev teams and project managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 581,350 - 830,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Expert hands-on experience in C, C++, and Python.
  • •Familiarity with AI operations libraries such as flashInfer, tensorRT-LLM, CUTLASS, and Aiter (AMD), including custom ops and ops fusion.
  • •Experience with Triton compiler backend and implementing CUDA/Triton/Gluon kernels with strong kernel performance goals.
  • •Strong performance optimization skills, including roofline performance analysis and profiling tools such as Nsight and ROCprofiler.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
