Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of technology transformation programmes from mobilisation through implementation and transition to business-as-usual.
  • •Establish and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and critical paths.
  • •Design and manage programme governance frameworks, lead Steering Committee/executive governance forums, and provide executive status reporting.
  • •Oversee RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and govern change control to protect scope, timelines, and budget.
  • •Manage programme budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and delivery quality assurance, including escalation support and data-driven insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex technology transformation programmes.
  • •Experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments across business and technology stakeholders.
  • •Ability to establish and lead programme governance structures, including Steering Committees.
  • •Strong programme financial management experience, including budgeting and commercial oversight; experience in capital markets/wealth management/retail brokerage is preferred.
