Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Sterling OMS initiatives, from planning and scope definition through execution, UAT coordination, and production releases. Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and risk escalations while aligning business requirements with technical solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams across OMS, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and omnichannel processes, including integrations with ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, and eCommerce platforms using Agile/Scrum.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Sterling OMS projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
•Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project execution across Order Management, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, Returns, and Omnichannel processes.
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track milestones/dependencies/risks, coordinate UAT and deployments, and provide regular stakeholder status updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
•7+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology projects.
•Experience managing IBM Sterling OMS (order management) implementations, enhancements, and transformations.
•Strong understanding of order management, inventory, fulfillment, supply chain, and retail/eCommerce processes.
•Experience with integrations across ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, and eCommerce platforms; knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
