Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Sterling OMS projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • •Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project execution across Order Management, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, Returns, and Omnichannel processes.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track milestones/dependencies/risks, coordinate UAT and deployments, and provide regular stakeholder status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology projects.
  • •Experience managing IBM Sterling OMS (order management) implementations, enhancements, and transformations.
  • •Strong understanding of order management, inventory, fulfillment, supply chain, and retail/eCommerce processes.
  • •Experience with integrations across ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, and eCommerce platforms; knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
