Talent Acquisition Manager

Own end-to-end recruitment for external and passive candidates across multiple roles, sourcing and screening candidates using an ATS and recruiting tools. Build and maintain a market pipeline, develop interview protocols, track applicants with compliance, and coordinate reference checks and onboarding transitions. Partner closely with the business in a fast-paced environment while building long-term candidate relationships and delivering quality hires for the Asia Pacific growth agenda.
