Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of product management experience with a track record of independently driving strategy and execution, including mentoring PMs or driving outcomes across functions.
  • •Owned and shipped products end-to-end in fintech, compliance, or developer-facing products.
  • •Strong technical background to debug API integrations and reason about system trade-offs.
  • •Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills, including working directly with enterprise or strategic customers.
  • •Comfort making data-driven decisions and holding priorities under pressure.
