Senior Manager, Infrastructure

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of site-wide infrastructure packages for mixed-use/masterplan developments. Own infrastructure design management, authority approvals, consultant and utility coordination, tendering, and construction interfaces to meet timeline, budget, and quality targets. Coordinate across roads, bridges, public realm, plot developments, and wet/dry utility networks, while managing risks, dependencies, reporting, and stakeholder alignment throughout design, procurement, and delivery phases.
