Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement Rippling solutions and manage HR data migration end-to-end.
  • •Migrate HR data from Oracle HCM Cloud (or similar enterprise HCM platforms) into Rippling.
  • •Design and execute data extraction, transformation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation workflows.
  • •Address data-quality and mapping issues for large HR datasets.
  • •Support SIT/UAT, mock conversions, cutover, go-live, and hypercare with documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Rippling implementations and HR data migration.
  • •Migrate data from Oracle HCM Cloud (or comparable enterprise HCM platforms) into Rippling.
  • •Strong understanding of Oracle HCM effective-dated HR data structures and Core HR-related domains (Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting).
  • •Proven experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation.
  • •Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts/OTBI/HDL/REST APIs (or equivalent integrations) and CSV/file-based interfaces, including SQL and data transformation tools.
