Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop service offers and capabilities by defining and scoping new services with Service/Portfolio Management.
  • •Facilitate ideation and design workshops, and produce prototypes with clients and stakeholders to validate feasible and viable scope.
  • •Coordinate with architects, designers, and subject matter experts to develop detailed solution designs aligned to service design principles.
  • •Conduct analysis using service design and architecture frameworks to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and meet client requirements across the service lifecycle.
  • •Create and maintain service design documentation (blueprints, service design models) and build service cost models, validating technical models to minimize risks and meet SLA/OLA targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant related experience in an Information Technology environment, particularly within IT Operations.
  • •Moderate experience in a similar role, such as Operations Architecture, Service Architecture, or Pre-sales Consulting for outsourced services.
  • •Strong understanding of IT operations and NTT service offerings, plus knowledge of IT industry environment and business needs.
  • •Expertise designing procedures and technical features to fulfill service elements, with demonstrated design thinking and scaled agile experience.
  • •Bachelor’s or equivalent degree; ITIL Foundation Certificate V3 (ITIL-Fv3) (or equivalent) plus Leading SAFe; human-centred design certification is advantageous.
