Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and visual merchandising changes in alignment with directives and with the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan and implement Visual floor changes with the management team, adapting zones and visual support to the business needs and payroll constraints.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.
  • •Lead by example, inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience, and provide coaching and development to Associates; collaborate with store leadership to recruit and grow talent.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of retail/visual merchandising leadership experience or equivalent
  • •Proven ability to manage and coach a team of Associates
  • •Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and product placement
  • •Experience with budget management, payroll planning, and inventory control
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
