Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, process improvement, technology delivery, or related roles.
  • •Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business requirements with traceability.
  • •Ability to analyze, model, and improve business processes (current-state and future-state), including identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • •Working understanding of intelligent automation concepts (RPA, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions) and exposure to automation/digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Experience working in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for backlog and sprint activities.
