Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive daily work assignments from the Team Leader/Team Manager and execute production using Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints.
  • •Report deviations (safety, quality, parts, equipment, etc.) to Status Boards and update the Team Leader/Team Manager.
  • •Explain deviations and propose solutions in Daily Status Board Meetings.
  • •Review and suggest improvements for Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Drive KAIZEN and waste elimination; perform daily & weekly 5S routines and support cross-training opportunities.
