Key Responsibilities

  • •Own identity and access engineering in Okta, including group strategy, app assignments, SSO configuration, and secure lifecycle automation.
  • •Run endpoint engineering across a macOS-first fleet in Workspace ONE, covering provisioning, baselines, patching, encryption posture, and compliance reporting.
  • •Administer Google Workspace and Slack at scale, including user lifecycle, groups, shared drives, permissions, roles, and governance patterns.
  • •Bring the SaaS estate under governance by defining tool ownership and access, and tracking what changes when teams or people change.
  • •Build and maintain automation for onboarding, deprovisioning, access reporting, device compliance, and audit-evidence generation; escalate and engineer away complex issues.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in IT engineering, IT operations, systems administration, endpoint engineering, or identity engineering (remote-first experience preferred).
  • •Administered Okta (or similar) as the owner: SSO, groups, app assignments, lifecycle workflows, and access management decisions.
  • •Hands-on with modern MDM such as Workspace ONE, including provisioning, configuration enforcement, patching, encryption, and inventory.
  • •Strong Google Workspace administration experience with genuine macOS endpoint depth.
  • •Built or significantly improved operational workflows, automation, reporting, or internal controls; strong technical writing skills.
