Key Responsibilities

  • •Support acquisition, divestiture, strategic investment, and integration activities through transaction accounting support and financial reporting.
  • •Prepare and analyze recurring and transaction-specific reporting, including management reporting and financial statement disclosures.
  • •Support purchase accounting and opening balance sheet activities for completed acquisitions, including schedules and documentation of conclusions under U.S. GAAP.
  • •Assist with annual and interim impairment assessments for goodwill and intangible assets, including gathering financial information and coordinating with advisors.
  • •Perform technical accounting research and due diligence support for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum five (5) years of accounting, finance, audit, financial reporting, valuation, transaction advisory, or related experience.
  • •Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required.

  • •Proven analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities across recurring reporting and transaction accounting.
