Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and coordinate monthly financial closing activities in Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • •Review and post journal entries with approvals, and manage journal processing including reclassifications, allocations, and other general ledger adjustments.
  • •Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including submissions to regional and corporate finance teams.
  • •Coordinate annual statutory audits, serve as a key contact for external auditors, and support internal audits and tax audits/compliance reviews.
  • •Oversee balance sheet account monitoring and reconciliation, fixed asset accounting/control processes, and coordinate bank guarantee and renewal-related activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • •Experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury activities, and balance sheet management.
  • •Knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with effective stakeholder and communication skills.
