Key Responsibilities

  • •Stage, verify, weigh, and batch ingredients using approved formulas, recipes, and master batch sheets.
  • •Operate mixers, blenders, pumps, and related equipment within SOPs and process control limits.
  • •Monitor mixing cycles and perform in-process checks to ensure product consistency and compliance; escalate OOS results.
  • •Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen control, foreign material control, and sanitation zone requirements; report hazards and malfunctions promptly.
  • •Complete batch logs and digital records for traceability and documentation compliance; perform pre-operation inspections and SSOP-based equipment cleaning/tear-down.

Key Requirements

  • •Follow detailed production formulas, SOPs, and GMP requirements with high accuracy.
  • •Strong attention to detail for weighing, measuring, and recording ingredients.
  • •Work in cold, warm, or humid production environments.
  • •Lift bags and ingredients up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • •Preferred: experience as a mixer/batch operator in food or chemical processing, with knowledge of GMP/HACCP and allergen controls.
