•Perform manual pre-submission checks on customer information, including screening against blacklist records and STRs.
•Coordinate and track due diligence screening with offshore teams, including case submission, status tracking and follow-up on outcomes or outstanding requirements.
•Maintain the customer management systems used to record customer, policy and transaction data submitted by representatives.

Key Requirements

•Experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or business support functions is preferred.
•Strong understanding of MAS AML, KYC and CDD requirements.
