Organize and dispatch transport orders in the charter market, including purchasing and selling freight on the spot market. Coordinate transport assignments independently, serve as the operational customer point of contact, and ensure high service quality through reliable and transparent communication. Monitor ongoing transports, proactively resolve disruptions and delays, and maintain reporting, key dates, and deadlines while complying with legal and internal requirements.
